ReplyDeleteYeah. That should read 31 July. I cut and pasted the note from their website. It seems they don't update their page regularly and I don't know how to proofread...
ReplyDeleteRegardless, at the moment, Joe and I are planning on going. I'm going to see if Athas is up for it too.
Pub Quiz, while not a complete disaster, was still a bit heartbreaking. On Tuesday night, Dave and I teamed up with two random girls for the fiddlesticks quiz. Despite getting only half the questions right thru the frst 2 rounds, we were tied for 1st. That's when the cheating throughout the room became palpable, and by the end of the game we had dropped back to 4th.
ReplyDeleteThe point to note here is that the people that go to Fiddlesticks for trivia are REALLY dumb. If we could have any sort of decent team representing us next time, we'd easily win a free keg.
