In case you haven't been it's a small place just north of Reade St on Church. Avoid during peak lunch hours (12-2) unless you're planning on take-out. The food happens to be cheap and good. Of almost equal importance is that they put pitchers of water in the bottom of the fridge where coke and snapple are also readily available. John Roebling, better known as the architect and engineer of the brooklyn bridge, upon having his foot crushed refused medical attention and insisted instead on poring water continuosly over his foot. That it turns out didn't work too well and he died of tetanus. His son Washington took over and completed the bridge.
