From the NY Times:
The Supreme Court on Monday agreed to hear a challenge to the 2010 health care overhaul law, President Obama’s signature legislative achievement. The development set the stage for oral arguments by March and a decision in late June, in the midst of the 2012 presidential campaign. The court’s decision to step in had been expected, but Monday’s order answered many questions about just how the case would proceed. Indeed, it offered a roadmap toward a ruling that will help define the legacy of the Supreme Court under Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr.
My prediction:
Extensive rioting in June of 2012 when the clowns on the Supreme Court strike down the health insurance mandate. This is going to get real ugly very soon.

Good at Baseball? Who knows, but who cares!
This is a promotional video for the newest Cuban defect who wants to play in MLB. There's not much baseball in it, but the rest is pretty wonderfully bizarre.
After 20 minutes you will want to write a $30 million check, whether you own a baseball team or not.

Support the American Cancer Society
Jay Jay Eight, friends, and everyone else:
As you know, several of us have signed on to run either the full or half marathons in Philly in a few weeks. I decided to join the DetermiNation fundraising effort to bring additional awareness and dollars to support cancer research and survivors.
I had a strong preparation run last month with Les and Christy--I am mostly healed from tightness in my foot and calf (I refuse to call it an injury). Christy, relax . . .
You can support the work of the American Cancer Society by visiting my personal page and making a donation of whatever amount you can. You can also support the work by cheering us on as we run for this cause.
Best,
Rease - JJ847
